How to place an order with Kingsun Machinery:
It is quite easy for the process of placing an order with Kingsun machinery.
1) Firstly, our sales team (together with engineers) will discuss with you about the technical requirement.
2) After the technical requirements are all settled, we will negotiate about the delivery time, packing, shipping, price, payment terms, quality guarantee etc. Of course, this information is normally included in the quotation sheet.
3) Then KINGSUN will issue a formal proforma invoice and bank details. So, you can arrange the advance payment or issuing L/C.
4) KINGSUN company after receiving the deposit, we will start production as per technical requirement discussed.
5) In the middle of production,the KINGSUN sales team will inform you of the progress.
6) One week before production finishes, KINGSUN will inform you it will be nearly finished production.
7) You can send a technician to inspect (for big production lines, such as rotogravure printing machines, hologram making machines), no matter if you come to check or not, KINGSUN engineers will strictly inspect and test run the machines, then send photos or videos for your information. KINGSUN workers will prepare the packing (suitable for long-distance sea transportation).
8) If everything is ok, or if you need to add additional goods, we will do it according to your instructions.
9) You will start to arrange the balance payment, KINGSUN will begin to arrange the shipment procedures.
10) KINGSUN documents team to prepare all the shipping documents for you, send it by courier or through the bank.
11) You will wait for the arrival of containers. Prepare the clearing from Customs.
12) Begin installation (Kingsun company send technicians to help, or you install the machine by your own engineer).
