QC And Service

All the printing and packaging equipment production is according to the contract or special requirement of customer.

We will send the machine making procedures information to you periodically, so you can know the whole procedure of machine production.

Before shipment we will carefully and strictly test machine by our inspection engineers, and according to the contract technical requirement, we will make the “pre-shipment inspection list” to check it one by one, so as to guarantee you can get the right function machine and spare parts.

The packing and anti-rusty treatment are important steps before shipment, our experienced engineer will check and take care for the machine packing so as to fit for sea transportation.

When the machine arrives at customer’s factory, we will prepare the visa and send the professional technician for installation and training as scheduled if request by your company.

We provide fast response for the after sale service through online service or telephone or video. If you need any parts to change we will send it by fastest courier (DHL, FEDEX, TNT OR UPS), our engineers will instruct you to fix it at any time.
