What is the equipment footprint? What are the basic requirements for the facility (e.g., floor height, power supply, air source)?
We will provide design schematics based on your product's technical requirements, along with equipment dimensions and a list of foundational requirements (e.g., machine orientation, total power consumption, compressed air pressure and flow rate, exhaust air volume). You may also provide your facility blueprints; our designers will adjust the machine's overall length and height according to your plant dimensions.
What is the typical delivery time for your coating machines?
Delivery time is determined by the complexity of the machine design drawings according to your technical specifications. Generally, standard models take approximately 60-90 days. Customized non-standard models require separate confirmation and may need longer lead times.
Is your coating equipment difficult to operate? Does it require specialized operators? Do you provide training?
Our coating equipment emphasizes user-friendly interfaces, providing detailed English operation manuals and complimentary on-site training. While your operators should possess basic mechanical and electrical skills, our engineers will train them from scratch until they proficiently operate the equipment to produce qualified products.
