What is the recommended temperature range for different foils?
Temperature settings of hot stamping machine depend on the foil type and substrate:
- Standard Metallic Foils: 120°C - 140°C.
- Pigment Foils: 130°C - 150°C.
- Holographic/Specialty Foils: 110°C - 130°C.
- Note: Please always refer to the foil manufacturer’s data sheet for precise settings. Our machines feature digital PID temperature control for ±1°C accuracy.

Daily: Clean the heating plate, clear dust and debris from the feeder, and ensure all units are in proper condition.
Weekly: Lubricate moving chains and guides, and inspect the silicone rubber mat for wear.
