After receiving your advance payment, our sales team will confirm your factory’s local voltage standard. 
If your voltage is not the typical 3-phase 380V or single-phase 220V,50Hz, we will assist in preparing for a suitable transformer based on your actual requirement (charges may depend on customization needs).
Kingsun will then issue a production arrangement form to our manufacturing team. This includes all key points previously confirmed in the Proforma Invoice (PI) and email communication to ensure accuracy during production.
Throughout the production process, we will provide photo updates for your reference.
Once finished the production, we will make inspection in advance, then our logistics team will assist in preparing shipment arrangements, including packaging and transportation planning.
Machine Inspection & Running Test
Before shipment, every machine will undergo a real product running test in our factory to ensure stable performance and proper function.
If we use our own testing materials, the test is free of charge.
If you request to test the machine with your own custom materials (such as specific paper, film, or printing plate), we will support it—but related material costs such as custom plates, ink, or specialty materials will be charged separately. After testing, we will pack all materials used (such as plates and ink) and ship them together with the machine to you.
We also support online inspection via video call or meeting apps (e.g. Zoom, WhatsApp, WeChat) for your convenience in case you do not come here.

Assembly is carried out by experienced technicians in a controlled workshop environment. We follow detailed assembly procedures and use precision tools to ensure every sub-system is integrated correctly and securely.

4. Comprehensive Pre-Delivery Testing
Before any machine leaves our factory, it undergoes a thorough series of tests:

• Run-in Test: The machine operates under simulated production conditions for an extended period.

• Function Test: All electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical functions are verified.

• Performance Test: We test speed, cutting accuracy, tension control stability, and overall output quality, often using customer-provided materials if available.

• Final Inspection: Every machine is reviewed against our checklist and customer specifications.

5. Documentation & Transparency
We can provide test reports, inspection records, and detailed documentation. Customers are also welcome to visit our facility or join a live video inspection during the final testing phase to see the machine in action before shipment.

All in all, after you place the order, we will follow our quality control system step by step, to make sure you will get the high quality equipment.

Delivery time depends on the complexity and configuration of the machine you order.

• Standard single machines (e.g., standalone slitters or sheeters) typically take 20–45 days after order confirmation.

• Customized production lines or large systems require 2–3 months or more, due to engineering, manufacturing, and integration steps.
