The design speed and actual working speed of our coating equipment depend on process conditions such as material properties and coating drying capability. There is no standard number of speeds. Given the wide variety of base material, we determine the optimal speed for your product based on the material characteristics you provide, coating solids content, dry oven temperature, oven length, and other factors.

The drying tunnel length, heating method (electric heating, thermal conduct oil, steam, gas, hot air furnace), temperature control range, air duct design (e.g., hot air circulation, infrared assistance), and whether to implement segmented independent temperature control are all determined based on your product characteristics. Local ambient temperature (room temperature) is also considered, as it affects drying tunnel temperature rise and heat retention.

The coating machine is suitable for roll materials such as film, aluminum foil, copper foil, paper, non-woven fabric, woven fabric, release paper, etc. Different tension control ranges are applied based on material features.

Applications include adhesive products (tapes, self-adhesive labels), functional films (barrier films, protective films, optical films), medical/hygiene products (breathable membranes, medicated patches), paper coating, and new energy field (lithium battery electrode coating).
