What maintenance is required for automatic die-cutting machine?
Routine maintenance is minimal:
- Daily: Clean sensors, check lubrication points
- Weekly: Inspect belts, bearings, and pneumatic fittings
- Every 6 months: Replace hydraulic oil (if applicable), calibrate sensors

What is a demetalizing machine?
The demetalizing machine, also called as aluminum washing machine, it is a chemical processing system used to selectively remove the aluminum coating from metallized films (such as PET, OPP, or PVC) to create designs, patterns, or transparent windows, it is special application for high level flexible packaging, RFID or anti-counterfeit use. This process is also known as chemical de-metallization or aluminum etching.

How does the de-metallization machine works?
The machine applies a chemical solution (usually sodium hydroxide/NaOH or a proprietary alkaline etchant) through a printing or coating process. The chemical reacts with the aluminum layer, dissolving it and leaving behind a transparent area. The film is then washed, neutralized, dried, and rewound.
