KMHC-1100EC Series Semi-automatic Die Cutting Machine with Stripping
The fourth generation of KMHC Series Automated manual die cutting machine (Tiptronic Die Cutting Machine) based on the third generation of Semi-automatic Die Cutting Machine with Front Conveyor Delivery Mechanism, is equipped with an automatic feeder, including both manual paper feeding and automatic feeder paper feeding function. On condition of the flat corrugated paper, automatic feeder paper feeding is accepted with raising efficiency and reducing the workforce. Manual paper feeding comes in handy on condition of uneven corrugated paper.
This machine maintains multi-operational function, and its development is combined with advantages of similar products in domestic and overseas, is special equipment for packing products such as cartons and paper boxes. Gripper bars with high intensity apply to all kinds of cardboard, paperboard and corrugated paper. Frontal, back and side registration mechanism ensures great precision of die cutting. Other parts are adopted such as intermittent mechanism with high precision, pneumatic clutch and pneumatic closed up mechanism, programmable controller and man-machine interface. The interface can display various digital information of machine such as working speed, amount of paper processed, total running time, etc. It is easy to eliminate troubles according to the display of troubleshooting. The transducer is adapted to control the main motor in achieving step-less speed variation. This machine is equipped with sensors and safety device.
Features
（1）Adopt nodular cast iron-QT500-7, the mainframe wallboard casting by special technology process, thus featuring by high strength, never deformation and ensure the safety of the mainframe wallboard.
（2）Adopt Taiwan-imported intermittent mechanism to ensure that the machine operates accurately.
（3）The whole machine all uses SKF\NSK imported original bearing.
（4）The whole machine uses original parts imported from France Schneider, Japanese OMRON.
（5）Key parts of gripper bars are imported from Japan.
（6）The craft shaft is adopted Germany Ni-Cr-Mo metal steel, with high precision and will never deform.
（7）Use the centerline positioning system to realize fast plate changing of the worksheet.
（8）Equipped the first-developed pressure automatic adjustment device, ensure fast and smooth when they were adjusting of die cutting pressure.
（9） Die-cutting plate frame adopts auxiliary plate-installation device, to realize different model machines can use the universal die-cutting plate.
（10）Equip with touch-screen operation interface in both Chinese and English.
（11）All adopt Taiwan AIRTAC pneumatic components to ensure every pneumatic action performs accurately.
（12）The side gauge adopts the photoelectric system.
（13）Main motor from Germany Siemens, ensure stable operation.
（14）Vacuum pump from Germany Becker, ensure paper feeding smoothly.
