and repair instruction for automatic folder gluer

The folder gluer machine should be kept clean, we should always clean it after
finish the work.

The belt clean with water to keep it cleaning, especially anti-skid and prevent
sticking above the belt. Bottom lock glue tank and gluer wheel must be clean
after work every day, otherwise the glue inside the box will be frozen, it will
affect the gluing.
3.
The pre-fold glue unit must to keep cleaning, often to scrape and wash.
4.
When the speed governor stop to work, otherwise belt will be very serious wear.
5.
Rows of panels within the support shaft, screw, should always clean, plus a mix
of oil and butter will be better, can prevent rust and shaking right and left.
6.
Slow running before the normal operating machine, check the machine has no abnormal
working.
