What is the maximum diameter of the parent rolls of plastic film?

It’s not fixed, for different models they have different max. diameter of it, if you have your own specific diameter, you can let us know and see if it can be custom made then, usually it is max.800mm for film.

Does the machine handle different types of paper core sizes?

Mostly it applies for 3’, if you have 6’ or other special size, you can specify what’s core ID size good for your production, we can custom made it.
