Usage:

This film slitter is widely used to slit all kinds of jumbo roll materials such as BOPP, PET, CPP, PVC film and laminates to cut into small rolls.

Main Features: 

1. Imported PLC control, HMI touch screen. Setting and displaying work parameters in the screen, the setting according to the requirements of different film.
2. Vector frequency-converter is adopted for rewinding, plastic film roll diameter is automatically calculated by sensor and PLC to achieve automatic tension control.
3. Magnetic powder brake is adopted for unwinding unit, reel diameter is automatically calculated by PLC to achieve automatic tension control.
4. Shaft-less pneumatic system for unwinding, it is convenience for material roll loading and unloading with high efficiency, automatic web guide for unwinding jumbo roll (hydraulic automatic lifting system is optional).

5. Rewinding with upper and down differential shafts, straight knife is used for slitting the film smooth on the surface, and there is air suck blower device for waste edge take out.
6. With functions of length calculator control, roll diameter, setting length machine stop etc.
7. The slitting system has perfect mechanic, electric and pneumatic design, also good safety protection.
