KML-400 medium-speed automatic paper plate machine is developed and designed independently according to the market needs, with fully automatic pneumatic paper suction and feeding, heating and molding, automatic discharging, as well as thermostatic control, automatic counting and other functions, it is one of ideal equipment for the production of a variety of specifications of the disposable round paper plates, square paper plates, as well as the abnormal shape of the paper plates.
Compared with the traditional automatic paper plate (dish) machine, KML-400 paper plate (dish) machine recombines the principle of combining pneumatic and mechanical, which has the advantages of higher production speed, more stable performance, safer operation, more convenient maintenance and more humanized structure design.
It adopts high efficiency pressurized cylinder, the maximum pressure can be up to 5T, it has the advantages of faster and more environmental protection than the hydraulic cylinder.
It is widely used to produce plates made of paper or aluminum foil. By changing the molds, it can produce round or square plates and platters with different specifications and shapes.
