We have various label slitting machines, for narrow web width such as 320, 450, 570mm, all these could cut the adhesive paper, film, common paper, or laminates etc. For paper,it will use the circle blade, for film it will use the straight knife. The standard model is installed the circle blade, in case you also need straight knife please let us know in advance, we can install both types of function on the slitting machine. If you have large width over 600mm materials, we also have big width slitting machines available for adhesive labels.

Yes, the circle blades of label slitting machine are consumable parts, so we recommend buying extra blades when purchasing the machine. We also suggest buying air shafts of different sizes to produce label rolls of varying inside diameters. Usually this is one of long-lasting type slitting machine for label converting.

Yes, we can test it for you in case you provide us with the sample material. You can send us by air or Express, we will test in our slitting machine and take videos for your check. If needed, we will send back these samples by courier.
