The automatic hot stamping machine standard foil rolls are 3 sets vertically and 2 sets horizontally, with optional holographic function. But it depends, please advise us when you have special requirement.

Daily: Clean the heating plate, clear dust and debris from the feeder, and ensure all units are in proper condition.
Weekly: Lubricate moving chains and guides, and inspect the silicone rubber mat for wear.
Monthly: Calibrate temperature sensors and check electrical connections.
Annually: A professional overhaul is recommended to inspect control systems and major mechanical components.
