Features:
1.Suitable for PVC, PP, EVA, Glitter film, Multi-lens and deep pattern local laser film series; embossing thickness 80-500um; working principle: By heating to emboss different designs of plate on the film, the plate that made from etching machine.
2.With PLC automatic control, no oil leakage when for fast exchange of different specifications plate rollers, the seams of the plate do not have a thermal expansion, no wrinkle, no shrinkage while embossing, film loss 1 meter while machine starts up, warm-up time 30 minutes, one machine with multi purposes, able to achieve clear resolution and high diffraction 3D effect, and increase product quality, reduce manpower and save cost.
3.The finished products the machine made are widely used in TPU synthetic leather, the car auto foil, shower curtain, crafts, stationery, school bags, children’s clothing, handbags, etc.
