Features:

1. Automatic paper feeder adopts oil-free vacuum pump to feed paper automatically.

2. Automatic paper feeding system is equipped with paper shortage protector, paper break protector which are controlled by photoelectric and mechanical systems. The machine stops automatically for self-protection when paper shortage or paper break occurs.

3. Man-machine interface system: color touch screen simplifies the operation. By inputting paper size, working speed etc., the machine realizes its automatic operation. And working status can be checked at any time.

4. High precision chrome plated heating roller is equipped with built-in oil heating system, which has excellent performance of temperature persistence. The laminating temperature is adjustable upon applications.

5. Automatic hydraulic system provides a big and steady pressure to guarantee a good laminating quality. And the pressure can also be adjusted upon requests.

6. Air expansion shaft accurately releases and positions the film roll, and also makes the

loading and unloading of film roll easier.

7. The combination of air expansion shaft and braking device well controls the release tension and the speed of the film.

8. Film cutter cuts film width to match the paper size. The cut film is left on the film release spindle.

9. Perforating wheel perforates film edge easier for the automatic cut of laminated paper.

10. Anti-curve device: when going though the anti-curve device, the laminated paper shall be leveled at once and will not curve again after cut.

11. Pneumatic cutting system realizes automatic paper cut.

12. Vibrating receiving table for automatic collect of the laminated paper after its cut.
