KSFQ-1600/ KFQ-3000 Model Bridge Type High Speed Jumbo Roll Paper Slitting Machine
This gantry bridge frame type paper slitting machine is used for slitting and rewinding various jumbo roll paper, such as 30g/m2~500g/m2 non-carbon paper, capacitance paper, kraft paper, Aluminum foil , laminated material , adhesive label stock, coated paper and cardboard, etc.
It is specially designed for large diameter and big width roll paper, fit for big capacity paper converting production.It is necessary type of paper slitters for large diameter roll slit into small sized paper rolls. Kingsun slitter factory has over 25 years experience to manufacture various

Main Features
A. Hydraulic shaftless loading system with big capacity.
1) Maximum loading diameter:1600mm ( 2000mm custom made)
2) Suitable for 3” , 6”, 12 inch paper core etc.
3) Automatic loading paper roll up and down
B. Knife unit:
Can be easily moved by adjusting screws, Minimum slitting width :30mm. Air knife slitting optional.
C. Web guide:
Automatically track the paper edge line for perfect slitting edge side.
D: Rewinding unit:
1) With 2 pieces of 3 inches rewinding air shafts. Other size shaft optional.
2) With automatic unloading paper roll system by hydraulic.
3) Unwinding roller diameter can reach 1600mm.
E: Control system:
With Siemens PLC control, touch screen and servo motor drive.
