2. Specifications of Printing Packaging Materials :
Every business has its own primary product specifications. Many large enterprises owns large slitting equipment so with big quantities production, the main specifications of products easy to classify; some small businesses due to less equipment, and so less produce packaging products, but with personalized strong features, so the specifications of the products not easy to classify. However, we must determine the main specifications, other specifications of the product by reducing the speed or use multifunction slitting equipment to achieve.
The larger size of the equipment, machine structure is more complex, high precision, high-grade configuration, also larger size of parts and accessories, so cost higher price, but it is difficult to adapt to the thinner, the smaller size of the material; the small size slitting machine, the device is relatively simple, smaller size parts and spare parts, if for the larger size of the material then overload working may occur, that is “a small horse-drawn carts”, it is difficult to ensure product quality, sometime the user want to buy one machine for all, maybe their products is small quantities but in fact it is difficult to realize perfect, so we have to determine what is main products requirement need to fulfill. In short, Slitting machine must be in accordance with the specifications of slitting width, thickness, and roll diameter of materials.
